WHO I AM:

I'm a digital project manager.  

I’ve been managing projects large and small for 25 years, and I’ve seen it all: great programs, fantastic teams, fun projects…and dysfunctional offices, untenable project parameters, “special” clients. Having worked with countless teams as a consultant, I bring all of that experience with me everywhere I go.

Currently exploring full-time remote Project and Program Management roles

MY PHILOSOPHY:

Learn the team.  Understand the project.  Fix what needs fixing.  

Project management isn't just getting projects from start to launch on time and on budget.  It's about understanding the end goal and figuring out the best, most efficient, and smartest way to get there.  I believe in communication at all levels.  With humor and empathy, I guide the team and the project to a safe and happy landing.
